Warranty

Beckett Air Incorporated warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of sale.

Beckett Air's blower wheels are a part of a larger system for which Beckett Air has no control. The final responsibility for the correct selection and suitable application of the blower wheel therefore rests with the Customer. Beckett Air recommends that the Customer thoroughly evaluate prototype blower wheels as part of its entire system considering motor loading, noise and vibration characteristics, maximum RPM as specified in our catalog, maximum ambient temperature dependent on material, maximum start up and running torque, and any other critical characteristics which may be application dependent as determined by the Customer.

This warranty does not cover the following:

1. Products which are subjected to misuse, misapplication, neglect, or accident.
   
   
2. Shipping damage during transit. All sales are f.o.b. Beckett Air's plant and any shipping damage should be claimed against the transit company.
   
   
3. Any damage from mishandling, which may occur at the customer's location. Blower wheel dimensions, including concentricity, runout and balance, are critical to its application. Mishandling may render blower wheels useless. Beckett Air does not cover such mishandling under its warranty.

In the event that Beckett Air's products are found to be defective in material and/or workmanship, Beckett Air's liability will be for replacement of product only. In no event will Beckett Air be liable for any incidental or consequential damage of any nature. This exclusion includes labor required to replace product either at the customer's location or in the field.

Beckett Air should be contacted immediately when a warranty concern arises. In the event that product is to be returned, an RGA number and shipping instructions will be given.

This warranty is limited to the terms set forth above. Beckett Air makes no claims as to the fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability of its products.
